Gather Information
Before we can evaluate your mineral interests, it’s important that we better understand what you own, where it is located, and if you are currently receiving checks from operators. We can typically determine this information from copies of your leases and recent check stubs.
Evaluation and Appraisal
Our team will then evaluate and analyze the information you have provided to us in order to value your assets. There are many factors that contribute to the perceived future value of your minerals including the quality of the resource, extent and timing of development on your property, and commodity prices.
Offer, Due Diligence, and Closing
Once our team has finished their evaluation, we will extend an offer to you. Upon agreement of a purchase price, we will start the due diligence and title verification process, confirming your ownership of the interests, prior to a cash close.
